Deep Lesions
CSDS is particularly useful for treatment of deep lesions(< 1mm from the pulp) on the distal surface of lower first primary molars.
An example of a primary tooth exfoliating before a restoration was required.
CSDS treatment is particularly effective with approximal surface lesions that have not penetrated beyond the dental enamel junction.
